Unable to submit CNESST for people working in Québec but using Ontario health insurance number

– Issue: The client wants to be able to submit and send the CNESST form for patient working in Quebec but living in Ontario and therefore using the Ontario health insurance number.

The client wants also to be able to submit the note after sending the CNESST form.

- Affected user(s): healthcare providers

– Task affected: The user is not able to send the CNESST due to the health insurance number and therefore cannot approve the note

– Impact : every time a client tries to submit a CNESST with a health insurance number different from the RAMQ

– Current state the client has to remove the CNESST form from the note and add the form in pdf in the document section
