Adding a pop-up window when hitting the Cancel button in a new note

– Affected user(s): Any doctor or specialist creating new notes.

– Task affected: Clinical notes in patient's file.

– Impact : Adding a ''are you sure you wish to cancel the note'' pop-up window would prevent a lot of mistakes, since the cancel and save buttons are right near each other.

– Current state Users can lose a lot of time rewriting notes when cancelling one by mistake.
