Show the Amount of money billed next to the payment request.

Drs from SOUTH HILL FAMILY HEALTH CENTRE would like to have the amount of money billed to a patient appear next to the payment request inside a medical note.

This was an old feature we had before deploying Patient billing history to BC clients, and since the deployment, we can only see the billing codes but not the amount billed.

We would like to see the amount billed, all while still having the patient billing history appear.
