Ability to customize the Telemed notification message

Currently: Notification of telemed states '' EN ATTENTE DES AUTRES PARTICIPANTS '' when the patient or the provider is waiting for other parties to join the appointment

Recommendation: Have this message customizable or changed to '' EN SALLE D'ATTENTE '' as Dre. Perreault find the other message to be too vague / unprofessional when applied to a visit context.

Impact: All users that are working with Telemed appointments
