Be able to import results information to obstetrical forms

Request:

In Page 3 of the obstetrical form, users would like an option call "Import from a result" which will open a page (pop up) and allow them to select a result (Ex: Patient's blood test) they received electronically in the patient file to fill the selections related to the patient's last blood result to save time.
