Add result section in document tab for manually uploaded results.

– Task affected: Classifying results

– Impact : Better management in doc tab .

– Current state : Some doctors find difficulties with manually uploaded results , they go to result tab , and look for results , while manually uploaded results figures in documents.

Wich causes alot of frustration like what stated my client in whistlerhealth360 in 00189428 (SF)
