DSQ results - Add an error message to indicate that the result's report hasn't been posted

– Affected user(s): Clinical users

– Task affected: Accessing results from DSQ

– Impact : Users would know that the result's report isn't completed, which means it can't be seen in MYLE yet.

– Current state Users are met with an error message (see linked) and it is very unclear, so they need to call support.
