The client would like to be able to create a new medical notes by copying and pasting a previous medical notes (Reason, history of illness, exams, notes, etc), plus she would like to be able additional information.
– Affected user(s): treating staff who can create medical notes
– Task affected: when the doctor is in consultation and he's writing a medical notes
– Impact : Save time if the notes written are quite similar to the notes written previously in the patient file
– Current state For now, the client opens a new note, and copy and paste each section from the previous notes to write the new note. It's a lot of back and forth.
