Billing tab - add the column 'price of the service' for Payment status request

– Affected user(s): Treating staff that is able to bill

– Task affected: in medical note, once the doctor made a payment request, the doctor wants to be able to see in the billing tab, one more detail about the payment request:

the price of the services offered

– Impact : it will help the doctor for their accounting

– Current state the doctor needs to click on each payment request to see the total amount billed for the service
