Ms Payne from "HERZL" just made a similar request.
Possibility to implement a system for managing documents that operates similarly to how results are handled. Specifically, we are looking for a way for documents to appear in the prescriber’s box where they can be viewed, with the ability to organize them into subcategories such as "On Hold," "Filed," "New".
Additionally, it would be highly beneficial according to her to have a feature where they can open a note or comment section from the same page, allowing them to add context or notes directly in relation to the document being viewed.
At least, add a "Approved by colleague" mention instead of the document disapearing of the inbox when there are multiples clinicians involved.
It's easy for a nurse to inadvertently approve a document that the doctor should see and it's unrealistic to think that they will notify the doctor when approving. It's a safeguard mechanism.
Requested by CISSSMO as well:
Allow multiple users to approve a document without removing the document from the original prescriber's inbox (for MD de garde)
Put in bold unread documents
Being able to start a note from a document and allow that document to be attached to the note
And : switch lines from Bold characters when unread to regular when read :-)
