Task affected: Sometimes it's hard to define which element was sent to the portal (except messages). For example, documents sent through the portal, if they are not under documents (forms through a note), it is hard to know unless we enter the note and look into the portal icon next to the form sent. This leads to consuming a lot of time trying to find out which element was sent to the patient. g.

Impact: Enhancing element identification in the portal can save MOA users valuable time and boost productivity. This improvement streamlines workflow, potentially saving hours per week per user and enhancing overall user experience.

Current state : The only indication is when items are pending in the portfolio. Once read by patients, items would disappear since they are no longer pending
