Annotation documents SIGNATURE add Personnalisation/preset to accomodate diff Document type

Currentlym, in a document with Annotation view, when clicking on Sign shows; Name, licence #, title and date underneath Signature. Which is ok for some document such as some type of prescription, but does not accomodate prescription form with slim line of signature. Resizing still does not help in this case.

Which is why it is suggested to 1. have a personnalized button of signature perhaps to show current one as full detailed one, and 2. maybe one option that is essential info only for forms with slim signature space, or 3. even a third button what saves the size and placement of Name, licence #, title and date
