Add the option to include expired Meds when printing out the summary of medications in MYLE.

Mrs Labelle Jessica from GMF Blainville would like to be able to include expired meds when she is printing the summary of medications of a patient.

Ideally, by adding a toggle before printing giving the user the option to include or exclude the expired Meds.
