Automatic No Charge Referral Billing

Situation:
In BC, whenever a provider submits a referral to a specialist, a billing code (03333) needs to be submitted along with this referral. Other EMRs in BC automatically create and submit this billing when a referral is present.

Request:

When a consultation request is generated, automatically send a 03333 billing code through MDBilling with the specialist's name attached.
