Ability for managers to follow the work of specific users in a separate dashboard.

This option could be a subsection of the Logs section of the Administration tab. In this subsection, it would be possible to add a user to follow/see a list of all actions performed in MYLE as well as the number of tasks are assigned to him/her at any time.
