Pull clinicians speciality + orgnazation from practice instead of services when adding favorites clinicians.

– Affected user(s): Users that have access to patients profile

– Task affected: Adding favorite clincians

– Impact : Sometimes users have to click multiple times or delete speciality generated , it would be beneficial if the speciality is generated from the user configuration rather then services in his profile.

– Current state some users have services with different speciality and when adding them to a patient profil the speciality is generated based on the service speciality and not the config of users ( speciality + organization ) (Medecin de famille (CMQ))
