PORTFOLIO: Be able to add a note or comment to notes in the My Notes or Supervision section

Users would like to be able to add a notes or comments to their notes in the My Notes or Supervision section of the PORTFOLIO tab to write a memo in which they mention why the note is not approved so they don't need to open the note every time to understand why it's not approved already.

Examples provided:
"Waiting for a reply from the patient's doctor" or "I need to contact the patient"
