Users would like a change in the parameters of the Documents and Results section of patient files, and on the DOCUMENTS and RESULTS tabs.
To avoid anymore confusion, they want to change the name of the column SENT BY for SENT BY PORTAL in the parameters to avoid any confusion.
They believe SENT BY filters tasks where someone sent a task and they can search the task by selecting the name of the sender in that column.
Most of the time when they do that, all the documents or results disappear and they call their admins or our support team.
