MYLE Direct: Users would like to only see the users who work at their site in the Responsible Providers section when they attach faxes

In the Received Faxes section of the DOCUMENTS tab, users would like to only see the users who work at their site in the Responsible Providers section to avoid mistakes.

Example:
The user who's attaching the faxes would like to only see the users who have access to the site that was selected in the Active Site section of their SETTINGS tab.
