Ability to hide / limit access to a patient file.

Reasons : Confidentiality + Legal reasons.

Mrs Martine Sioui would like to have the option to completely hide a patient file from normal users in MYLE and make it only accessible for admins.

She mentions that this would be helpful in sensitive situations when the patient has an ongoing court case.
