RX Renewal - Able to send an answer without signing.

A way to return the message: "Doctor absent. Back in x weeks." All without signing the document, so it remains in the list of prescriptions to be done upon return.

We can currently do this, but it signs the request and removes it from the flow. So we have to go back to the documents of the absent doctor, look in the signed ones, and revoke the signature, which is too time-consuming. This leaves the pharmacist waiting without updates. But less patient, pharmacists return the message every 2 days!
