For this to be triggered automatically, the appointment status must be changed to a status where the patient is physically present in the clinic. The appointment status needs to be set to "In triage", "Triage Done", or "In waiting Room".
However, for this type of appointment, the patient does not go through these stages. The only thing that can be done is to confirm the appointment.
