MYLE ANALYTIC. Client wishes to have more keyword filter search in Reporting in relation to everything in patient file

Client wishes to have a keyword filter search in Reporting in relation to everything in patient file. For exemple, they want to have list of patients with anything "Diabetes" related in notes. Informed about the identifier in the meantime but would like eventually to have more specific filter that searches keywords throughout patient note and have full reports of patients alike etc.
