Web fax - Attach document sent from "sent fax" to the patient file if "sent fax" was clicked from said patient file

– Affected user(s): Anyone who faxes documents from patient files

– Task affected: Faxing documents from patient files

– Impact : It would save time by not having to attach the document to the patient file manually before sending

– Current state If we click on "send fax" from the patient file, the fax is sent but it says "orphan file". To have the patient's name on the fax, users must attach the document to the patient file and then fax it.
