Have night appointment also available in the Scheduling tab

– Affected user(s): Secretaries, MOA, nurses, doctors

– Task affected: Opening schedules

– Impact : It would allow clinic that are working for night appointments to be able to use the Scheduling and view their template correctly

– Current state Users can still open schedules before 6am, but they can't see the preview
