Allow adult patients that doesn't have a patient file at the clinic to manage the portal accounts of their children

– Task affected: Sharing documents, allowing patients who are kids to take appointment via the portal

– Impact : It would allow parents to manage their children appointments without having an account themselves. Secretaries don't want the parents to be able to book appointments if they're not part of the clinic patient list.

– Current state The parents cannot book an appointment for their children online, and they must have a patient file at the clinic to do so.
