Improved form management. Mrs. Plourdre mentioned that in other EMRs, they had the ability to create a group for each type of user, add a list of forms for that specific group, and set favorites.
When a new user is created, they are placed in this group and have access to the forms and favorites like all other users in the same group.
If a form is no longer a favorite or needed, they can deselect or remove it, and this change will be applied to all users in that group.
– Impact: Better management, time savings, improved control, and less confusion about which users have access to which forms.
– Current state: Admins need to call us to perform these actions.
