Share results with specific users depending on the results

– Current state : currently, when we share results with another user, all results will be shared

The clinic wants to share specific results with specific users.

Example:

Patient 123 is being monitored by Dr X. Only resident A should receive this patient's results.

Patient 345 is being followed by Dr. X. Only resident B should receive this patient's results.

At present, it is possible that, for example, resident A will receive all of Dr X's results. What is desired is only that certain results be received by Resident A and certain results be received by Resident B.
