MYLE Analytic request for Filter on who/how an appointment was booked

Client wishes to have a filter to select which user created an appointment (Including a choice for selecting BookingHub) . See screenshot

This is essentially to know and compare stats and how many app were booked through MYLE compared to the HUB. She does mention that this info seem to be available with Pétal.
