Clickable Text with dropdown box, rich text

As-is: Current clickable text is plain text

To-be: Users want to have rich text supported, as well as they can use drop down select box. When they create clickable text, they can just input the selectable filter parameter and then, when they use it, the system populates the field according to the patient's demographic data OR at least give selectable options on the each field.

Example: CHR, JUNO and other EMRs

e.g. " Dear [Patient], For this [Item], please bring this on your [appointment date] with your [provider name].
