If the patient is not registered as a doctor's patient, no name appears in the Responsible Providers section when they attach a new document
Users would like to see the name of the last doctor who saw the patient displayed in that section after they select the patient in the Patient section
– Affected user(s): Doctors at the clinic
– Task affected: Treating important documents (medical-legal issue)
– Impact : Users have to spend time searching the patient in CALENDAR, open the file and search the last physician who saw the patient in the Appointments section
– Current state : They often receive important documents for a patient who was not registered, but no clinician is automatically selected when they attach it in the patient's file. This is a medical-legal issue and a clinician should always appear.
