FORMS: Make dynamic sections in forms mandatory

Users would like to make some dynamic sections in forms mandatory

By mandatory, they mean that they would like users to be unable to fax the dynamic form if one of the mandatory section is empty

– Task affected: Filling and sharing forms with other professionals

– Impact : Users sometimes forget to fill in the form correctly, especially when they have to refer to other departments, and this causes delays in the process.

– Current state Users can fax incomplete forms, the receiver has to contact the clinic and ask that they fill it correctly so they can proceed with the request
