Add an option to view weekly calendar from Monday to Friday

– Affected user(s): Any users using the calendar and that only work during week days.

– Task affected: Viewing and creating appointments for patients.

– Impact : It would allow for fewer mistakes when a user is using for all their other calendar a format that starts with Monday and ends with Friday.

– Current state Users can mistakenly make an appointment for the wrong day by confusion.
