ADMINISTRATION: Add the option "Scanned Document Addition" in actions

Users would like to know which documents were modified, who modified them and what was the modification in the Logs section of the ADMINISTRATION tab.

This request is for the modifications that were done in the different sections of a document after it was attached to a file:

• Patient

• Responsible Providers

• Site

• Class

• Summary - Medical Summary

• Source

• Description

• Document Date

Not if a document was annotated or not.

– Task affected: Knowing the amount of documents modified and by whom

– Impact : Admin would be able to quickly know the amount of documents modified that were modified quickly without needing the assistance of the support team and the QA team.

– Current state It is not possible to quickly know the amount of documents modified and by whom using MYLE
