OBSTETRICAL FILE [Form 4] - Possibilty to fax only the most recent/current Form 4

– Affected user(s): Requested by Marie-Soleil Roy from Centre Médical Fusion. This could however improve the workflow of all obstetrical rooms.

– Task affected: Faxing out the fourth form of the obstetrical file.

– Impact : When requested, the clinic has to send the fourth form of the obstetrical file for the current pregnancy. However, only the current/most recent version of the Form 4 is needed by the obstetrical room. As such, sending them all generates extra papers / superfluous data for the delivery room.

– Current state When faxed, all versions of the Form 4 are sent, and most of them would not be relevant for the delivery room.
