COMMUNICATIONS: Add an option to import the list of recalls select in an Excel sheet like the lists in the REPORTING tab

– Affected user(s): Medical secretaries that need to create a list of recalls in Excel

– Task affected: Creatiing a list of recalls in Excel

– Impact : Secretaries spent a lot of time copying recalls in MYLE to paste them in an Excel sheet

– Current state They can only copy/paste 150 recalls at the time and sometimes the list has more than 10k recalls
