Remove deactivated services from templates in the Scheduling tab when they become inactive

– Affected user(s): Users creating schedules, often admins or secretaries

– Task affected: Opening schedules

– Impact : It would make it easier for users to open schedule without having to review all templates that contain the service

– Current state They need to review every template that might contain the inactive service, which is time-consuming
