ADMINISTRATION and PORTAL: Add option "unable appointments for patients with expired RAMQ card" in the section "Info in portal" of sites or in the parameters of the services under the "Available on the portal" option

Patients with an expired, non-renewed RAMQ card have the option of booking appointments via their portal, and this is problematic for the following reason:
When a patient hasn't renewed their RAMQ, they usually have to pay for their consultation, which is why secretaries can only give an appointment in person, so that they can be charged directly to the patient at the clinic. The problem with patients booking appointments via the portal is that they bypass this procedure, book an appointment by phone and often don't pay for their telephone consultation with the doctor (e.g. refuses to answer their calls or e-mails to bill the fees).

This situation forces the secretaries to spend excessive time tracking down patients for payment and administrators have to instruct them to monitor doctors' phone appointments to prevent this issue from recurring.

Patients with an expired RAMQ card should not be able to book a teleconsultation or phone appointment.
