Forms: Notify a user when they clicked twice on the same note

– Affected user(s): User who are not comfortable with technology, old or who doesn't know the limits of MYLE.

– Task affected : Filling dynamic forms and saved them.

– Impact : Users need to fill that form again if it wasn't saved correctly.

– Current state When a user opens the same form twice, the information they enter is sometimes not saved in MYLE and they need to start over.
