Language of abbreviated Prescriptions to show properly in prescription/note as currently the Route and Frequency will always show in English in prescription regardless of language chosen in Configurations

When French is selected in Configuration

• The drop-down list of the Medication frequency shows both language, and English will always show in the abbreviation after prescribing ( in prescription paper as well and in the note at first glance)

When English is selected in Configuration (shows good)

• The drop-down list of the Medication frequency shows in English fully and will always show in the abbreviation after prescribing in English.

for this attached ex., CHEW 1/wk shows when everything else is french in the prescription

**** this went through Aide au support fyi, and concluded that this small fix would yield to considerable complication and issues surrounding this module, the fix/worth ratio is disproportionate for now, hence we will keep it logged as a AHA for a potential future fix ***
