Dynamic forms - Able to see the the forms modified recently

Some users are not notified of the change of a form if the request was made by another person from another clinic.
It would be useful to have a place in Myle where the user can find the list of the forms that have been modified recently.

– Affected user(s): All the users completing dynamic forms

– Task affected: when using a dynamic forms in a medical note

– Impact : it takes time to search for the right keywords to find the form that has been modified after the request of a user in another clinic

– Current state need to find the right keywords
