Add the ability to pull the Notes configuration view when printing from the patient file

With the recent addition of the ability to set specific configurations for viewing notes in a patient file, the client is requesting to expand that filter choice to be applied to when Printing from a patient file directly.

Presently in MYLE the only options available to filter by is the Categories of notes
