[PATIENT CHART] Vital Signs - Possibility to display vital signs or other desired information in the patient's header

– Affected user(s): Reported by Jo-Anne Beeren-Parsons from VIHA, but would greatly benefit all users of the software.

– Task affected: Consulting vital sign values or other relevant information

– Impact : Allowing users to customize the patient header and pin information they want to see in permanence at the top of the patient's chart would allow them to save clicks and time to access information they deem critical.

– Current state : Users currently have to search the patient chart, access it (one click), access the summary section (one click), and possibly access the Vital Signs section by clicking on the + to see values that are not available on that marquee in the medical summary.

– Competition consideration: TELUS' CHR allows for user to pin up to 15 data points in the patient header (vitals, contact info, allergies, etc)
