Ability to add vulnerability codes when printing appointment lists for doctors

Hélène Chiasson from "cmgrandeourse" would like to be able to add vulnerability codes to the printing of appointment lists for doctors.

Context: Currently, she has to add them manually to the printouts, and it takes a long time to do.

They need it for billing purposes.
