Create a link between Deactivation (Deceased) and patient status (Deceased)

For the CSSPNQL, lots of users deactivated patient with Deceased, instead of using the Status Deceased. So, the Reports are not correct.

Create a link between the 2 fileds would be good to be sure, things are done correctly.
Also, for the statistics, the reason of the death is mandatory.
So, extraction of the reason from the memo should be done in Analytics
