Add a filter in Reporting tab for teleconsultation appointments

– Task affected: Creating reports

– Impact : It would be helpful for clinics that need to provide the number of teleconsultation appointments that took place.

– Current state This information is not pushed in the reporting. Users would need that have created specific services for teleconsultation, but any service in MYLE can be a teleconsultation one when checking that box.
