LISTS TAB ENHANCEMENTS - ABILITY TO SET INACTIVE LISTS, SHOW MORE LISTS AT ONCE BY DEFAULT

1. Client wishes to see by default, (Currently only 50 lists limit), preferably all Lists instead of always searching for the ones beyond the 50 that shows. (psc-laval is heavy Lists user)

2. Client wishes to have more options to manoeuvre in this Lists tab, for example she would like to have the ability to set a list as "Inactive" and not show anymore (unless a "Show inactive" option is selected) similar to the Service section
