Message from Dr. Chan outlining the situation:

'I have been reviewing EMR logs and I've realized that it is not

documenting when MOA's handle tasks associated with a patient. Until the

"chart" is directly opened, any handling of tasks related to a chart are

not documented in the logs. This information would be incredibly helpful

from a clinic management perspective to understand the work that MOA's

are doing, and also important for documentation of "indirect care" that

doctors do for patients, which is now auditable by the Ministry of

Health in BC."
