Clinical Notes - Allow for printing and faxing a note at the same time

Impact:

• This would save many clicks for users who wish to fax and print a note at the same time

Current state:

• Users must print, then fax a note, or vice versa. It used to be possible to do both at the same time, but the option was removed because there was a risk of a prescription being both printed and faxed at the same time, which shouldn't be done.
