RAMQ: Improve MYLE pre-enrollment abilities

MOAs would like to be able to prepare the RAMQ enrollment form info with:

• Provider chosen

• Clinic site details

• Consent form appended to print

Ahead of transmitting the form to the RAMQ to:

• Save time from the MOA or MD filling out the information after the consultation, the MD will only have to complete the health characteristics section (vulnerability codes) before transmitting to the RAMQ

• Save time from the MOA filling out the form manually before the consultation

• and save time from the MD having to fetch the consent form from a clinical note

Additionally, MOAs would like to be able to pre-enroll the patient officially with a start date.
